Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship items that are in stock the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated in our webshop do not include shipping costs. All our packages are sent with PostNL as standard. The shipping costs are:
Domestic:
For an order value under €150.00, the shipping costs are €6.95.
Shipping costs are free for an order value above €150.00.
Local delivery: €12.95, with an order value from €300.00
Europe:
For an order value under €350.00, the shipping costs are €12.95.
Shipping costs are free for an order value above €350.00.
Some items from Kiss, Kiss Schweiz and Thiel, among others, are not shipped, or a higher rate applies. Local delivery and collection is possible for these items.
In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM if in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
