Our products, with the exception of user products, have a 1-year warranty. This warranty period starts on the day you receive the product. You receive a 3-month warranty on used products.
Warranty conditions
Under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period, the original purchaser is entitled to have the product repaired under warranty upon presentation of proof of purchase. If you discover a defect in the product, you must immediately take the product out of use and contact us.
In order for a broken or defective product to fall within the warranty conditions, it must have become broken or defective within the warranty period due to a cause that can be attributed to poor quality of the product. No warranty will be granted in the following cases, to be determined by the manufacturer: normal wear and tear, insufficient maintenance, rust formation, products that are modified without the manufacturer's permission, products that are used differently than can be considered normal and improper repairs.

If the product falls under the warranty conditions and within the warranty period, you can return it to us. We will then try to repair the product for you or, if that is not possible, replace it. A product must be returned in the condition it was in when the defect was discovered.
It is not possible to get a refund for products that fall within the warranty policy.
